Do I get instant access?
Yes! Once you enroll, you’ll have instant access to the course videos and homework. You will receive a voucher code to access additional online resources in the GMAC official question bank 7 days after you enroll in the course.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Sure. To upgrade your plan, just email us and we’ll change it for you and explain how to pay the difference.
How do I get access to the official EA question bank?
Approximately 7 days after you enroll in the course, we will purchase a voucher for the Official Practice Bundle Plus directly from GMAC on your behalf and send your unique voucher code to you. In addition, we will send you instructions on how to create your account, access the official platform, and start practicing in the question bank. The cost of this voucher is included in your course fee. We simply do it on your behalf to streamline the process for you.
What if I already purchased access to the official EA question bank?
If you have already purchased access from GMAC to the official EA question bank, email us and we will deduct the cost of the question bank from your course fee.
What’s your refund policy?
With our 7 Day Money-Back Guarantee, you can cancel and receive a full refund within the first 7 days of enrolling.
After 7 days, you will not receive a refund on the course but can receive a refund on coaching and consulting if none of the sessions have been completed. Simply email us at info@prepexecutive.com to discuss options.
If the course if so good, why do I need coaching?
The course is good, but you’ll have questions about some concepts based on your educational background and the length of time you have been out of school. Executive Assessment prep coaching sessions are excellent for providing a thorough, personalized explanation with concept checking questions to ensure you understand completely.
Who does the coaching?
Currently, all Executive Assessment prep coaching is done by your course instructor, Eden June Michael, the Director of Education. We want to ensure continuity of learning by having you work with the same instructor.
If you just launched, why do you already have testimonials?
Our Director of Education tested the Prep Executive program on students in person before developing it for online use. We have been teaching the test in person and through online tutoring only since 2016. We asked those students for feedback.
What’s covered in the course?
Every content area and question type of all three sections–Quantitative, Verbal, and Integrated Reasoning–of the Executive Assessment, as well as test strategies, are covered in the EA Prep Course. Learn more the course content.
How long do I have to use the coaching?
For the Complete plan, there is no expiration date on the coaching. For the Standard plan, coaching sessions should be used within 1 year.
Can I get coaching or consulting separately?
We don’t currently offer coaching or consulting separately at this time. Based on our experience, you will waste money if you do the coaching without the course because many of the foundational concepts necessary to get value from the coaching are covered in the course. We may offer consulting separately in the future, but it will likely be at the current market rate for 1 school admissions consulting of $1,495.
Is there a free trial or free lesson available?
There’s no free trial but there is a 7 Day Money-Back Guarantee if you don’t like the program. We’ll make the first lesson available for free once we’ve completed our beta process.
Are you really going to donate money to charity?
Yes! It is important to us that our company be socially responsible.
